Anyone can list services. Here's the actual work.
A hotel, an importer, a manufacturer and a multi-location retailer. Different buildings, same job — design it, install it, keep it running.
Hospitality, Houston
We wired, installed and maintain the property's networks, phone system, cameras, televisions and music, and we troubleshoot the PMS and guest Wi-Fi directly with Hilton and AT&T corporate. Every one of those systems has been through several rounds of updates with us.
Warehouse, Houston
We were brought in at the start of the building phase to design and maintain the infrastructure, then installed access control, cameras, Wi-Fi, workstations, the intercom system, phones and conference room equipment. All of it runs on one network with segmented VLANs.
Manufacturing Plant, Dallas
Called in to replace their phone system, we installed a 30-extension VoIP system on a cloud PBX hosted on iMetro's private servers, configured for the support center, back office and manufacturing floor. It was built on its own isolated network, so workstation traffic was never an issue.
Multi-Site Retail, Houston
A multi-location customer needed help cutting over from coax to fiber internet, so we handled the transition and replaced their routers and access points with our own monitored equipment. We also stood up a guest network with a sign-on page, kept separate from the business network for security.
