A VoIP system is only as good as the network under it. We size the internet circuit, tag voice traffic on the switches, and test coverage where people actually stand — the loading dock, the kitchen, the far end of the warehouse.
Because we manage the network too, a call-quality complaint doesn't turn into a three-vendor argument.

We own the path from carrier to customer. The PBX runs on our own hosting servers, and we're a tier 3 provider of VoIP trunking, so the call doesn't cross a chain of resellers before it reaches you.

We provide the trunking ourselves and choose the carriers behind it. Owning the infrastructure from carrier to customer is what holds uptime at 99.99%.
Full multi-site failover
If a location loses its circuit, its calls fail over rather than dropping. Phones stay reachable at the other sites and inbound numbers keep routing to someone who can answer.
An extension isn't a chair you have to sit in
We put your office on your personal or company cell phone. Your extension rings there, you dial out as the business, and the caller never knows you're not at your desk.

Two buildings or twenty, they should behave like one. We tie your sites together on the phone system and the network, then watch all of them from the same place.

Shared extension plan across sites, so a four-digit dial reaches the next building. One auto-attendant tree, one directory, calls transferred between locations like they're down the hall. Add a site and it joins the same system instead of becoming another island.
Networks that reach between buildings
Site-to-site VPN links your locations into one network, with the same addressing, segmentation and firewall rules everywhere. Failover circuits keep a site online when its primary connection drops. SD-WAN we leave to the fiber carriers.
We deal with the carriers
We help install and upgrade circuits and act as the liaison between you and your carriers, so new builds and cutovers are scheduled, tested and coordinated properly. The goal on every cutover is zero lost productivity.
One monitoring view for all of it
Circuits, firewalls, switches, access points, servers and call quality watched under one dashboard across every site. Alerts come to us first, and you get the same reporting for each location instead of a different story per building.
Buy or lease your equipment
Handsets, conference phones and headsets either way. Buy them outright if you'd rather own the hardware, or lease them as part of your monthly seat cost and let us handle replacements.
